Frequently asked questions
Everything about entering, the draws, winning and getting your prize. Can't find it? Our team is one message away.
RaffleGuru is a UK prize competition platform. You pay a small entry fee, answer a question and are entered into a draw for a fixed prize with a published entry cap and draw date.
Prize competitions that include a genuine element of skill (the entry question) and a free postal entry route are run as competitions rather than lotteries. This prototype uses sample copy — the live platform would publish full details.
You'd create an account at checkout so we can confirm your entries and contact you if you win. Account features are not built in this prototype.
Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. We may ask for proof of age and address before releasing a prize.
